Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original, resellable condition.
Ship the Items
Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
